Is this possible? The email format sent out does not work well for us at all.

What about getting the results in the email body, rather than as an attachment? Is that on the wish list?

We only use an internal wish list.

It is not currently possible to customize the email alerts. This feature is on our customer wish list, but we do not yet have a release date for it.
