Edit Outgoing e-mail template

We need to edit this feature, that we can create our own template:
Example:Send ticket update for user and all team.

You can change the email contents, but customizing the triggers and recipients of outgoing email templates is not currently possible unfortunately. This feature has been requested by other customers as well and is on our customer wish list, but we do not have an estimated release date for it at this time.
