Email Alerts - Lansweeper Cloud

Like the on-premise version, does the cloud service support email-based alerting for reports?  If so, can you point me in the right direction?

I'm interested in that too. Is there specific starting date for this feature? Cloud supposed to be central point of installations but without email alerts and reports it is not as productive as it should.

We are currently working on a feature, Flow Builder, that will let you configure notifications with your own logic, such as sending reports by email, but also other actions and capabilities, like opening an issue in your ticketing system or sending a Slack or Teams message. How "old" is LS Cloud? 1year or more? "Aim", "hope" "upcoming" are these words that describe Cloud so from my personal experience we should wait for final version.

The enrolment for the Flow builder beta phase is now open. However, it is only available for Lansweeper customers. You can also find here more info about Flow builder. Our colleague Esben also recorded an Automation Pro tip showing how to send Slack notifications for reports, using Flow builder which you might find interesting. 

We are also introducing the new BI-powered dashboards, which are also in beta. They include widget alerts that help you send custom alerts that will notify you via email, SMS, Slack, or webhook.

These are features for sending alerts in the Lansweeper cloud, but if you prefer, we already have email alerts in the on-prem, for reports and event logs.

Hi @paulvno, @jsntntlnswpr, and @MichaelArens. We are currently working on an initiative to expand the number of actions possible with the Lansweeper data in cloud Sites. Sending site reports through email will be one capability, as well as other actions, such as opening a ticket in Jira or sending a Slack message.

I can't give concrete dates yet, but if you are interested in becoming an early adopter of this new feature, please contact me (vicente.soriano@lansweeper.com), and I will explain it to you in more detail.

At the moment it's not possible to send reports results via email. The only way would be to set up a script that, with a certain frequency, would ask for a report result via our public API and will send an email with the attachment. 

I'll make sure we add this request to our product improvements requests list.
