Is there a way to reply to an email and close the ticket? With spiceworks we replied with #close and it closed it.

Performing operations on tickets by adding tags to the incoming emails is not currently possible, unfortunately. This feature has been requested by a couple of customers and is on our customer wish list, but we do not have an estimated release date for it at this time.

I'm also interested in this type of feature to send commands to the helpdesk via email similar to spiceworks
