Engaged Sweeper

Hi,

I have updated and installed the latest version of Lansweeper v.12.3.2.2 (it’s an on-premises installation) and I took the opportunity to try out also Lansweeper Network Discovery Hub v.4.2.4.

After successfully installing Network Discovery Hub on a different server than the Lansweeper (but the same subnet), I was able to scan and retrieve a lot of useful information on OT devices.

I then followed the instructions to link the two servers and even though the link was successful, synchronization is not working. At one moment "Sync status" is green and "up" and a few moments later it's red and "down". When the status is "down", the error message appears "Something went wrong while connecting with your Lansweeper On-premises installation". This change of status goes on continuously without any data being able to pass through and being synced.

Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks!

Hello Carpen079,

The sync log files should hopefully tell more about the issue you are facing.

Do you mind opening a support case and sending relevant logs and screenshots?

From the Network Discovery server run C:\Program Files\Lansweeper Network Discovery\tools\gatherlogs and send us the generated zip.
