As it stands, any Agent can add time on behalf of any other Agent, but only if the agent who worked has added a comment/note to the ticket.

This stands in contrast with Spiceworks, which facilitates being able to add time for anyone else at any time.



If three of my agents all go on-site to perform some task, I'd like for one of them to be able to enter the notes and time for everyone, as opposed to having a comment with actual content followed by two other comments just reading "commenting so I can add time."
