i have the problem that our IP telephones are not found. They are in our IP subnetnet with an different vlan number. If i manually add the device the button is green and a ping is ok.
On the port of the switch there is only shown the mac adress What can i do?
There are no protocols open on this phone, which is why it wasn't detected. Lansweeper only adds a device to the database if it can retrieve data from it.
