Get CustomFields from API

Is it possible to get more details from GetTicket action with API Lansweeper ?

I need to retrieve customfields values from ticket

The problem still exists... 4 years later

API: GetTicket does not report any custom field.

There are no GetTicketCustomField or GetTicketCustomFields methods...

BUT there are a EditTicketCustomField and DeleteTicketCustomField. In addition, AddTicket, allows you to set CustomFields! So it is only possible to set them or delete them, but not read them?

You can actually find the API documentation in Lansweeper's configuration.

If you head over to Configration\Helpdesk API, you can do a search for custom fields and you will find all the options there.
