Hello Group,

I'm new to Lansweeper and am running up against a puzzler - 

Our local server instance is set up to scan all AD computers and users daily as well as IP ranges on our LAN (not wifi)

However... we find that only about 33% of our windows assets have a last successful scan date within about 30 days.

We are trying to get up to date reporting on where our assets are and if the last successful scan or check in date was over a month ago, that is not helpful.

Is there a configuration I should check to see if Lansweeper server is able to communicate with our windows assets?

We are running an on prem server, most of our windows computers connect to the network via wifi. 

Any recommendations would be appreciated!
