It would be great if there were more features available when it comes to the Knowledge Base such as additional formatting beyond the basic rich text. Built in templates to help with standardization. Built in Note or Warning fields that you can insert into your article to help with pointing out important information. It would also be nice to have the option to have sub-categories. That would help with organizing the data more.

I've used my custom fields set to Hypertext to link the KB articles to the asset. Kinda backwards, but it works.
