Dev audit is an excellent tool that can be used to scan installed software for vulnerabilities. Once installed it is run from the command line which would make it ideal to be built in to Lansweeper.

Lansweeper already provides the tools so you can incorporate it yourself. With the Lansweeper deployment module you can install the software on all your machines. Following the installation you can create a deployment package with a script to perform certain actions with the software as you mention.
