Mailing of reports

Hi,

is there any ways to generate the mails in case of unauthorized software installed or any such incidents like missing licences and also the scheduled reports. If so please guide me as to how to implement that.

HI,

our intention was incase an unauthorised software is installed then it should send a mail to the mailing group . Also if we can generate the customised reports for systems and softwares and licences say on weekly or monthly bases and mail the same to the mailing group

Do you have any ideas of what you would like to accomplish, what should be mailed?
