Partial search

I've search in last 6 month but I haven't found any question about ...
I need to make partial search by computer and user; in other words:
- if I have 10 PC named PC01 to PC10 I need to search by PC or PC* or something similar and obtain the entire list from PC01 to PC10;
- if I have John Smith and James Smith, putting Smith I have to found both John and James.

Any possibility to have this feature?

I am just starting using this product today... But I would like to see a way to search by serial number or Tag (even if I don't have the whole number).

If you know the beginning of the tag you can just type it in in the computer search box and it will autocomplete
