Hey LanSweeper Team,

I've been trying to limit which assets are displayed to which users, but having no luck. I've actually been trying to do this for over 2 years and I keep getting told "Devs are on it".

It seems like a lot of people want this and we're still not getting it. Heck we just had a major release and not even a mention...how many people are actually using the helpdesk or knowledge base? I'm frustrated that this functionality wasn't added in V6.

How much longer is this going to take? I've found people asking for this from all the way back in 2012! This could break us rolling it out as a real enterprise solution. I can't have my team from Hong Kong editing assets in Seattle or L.A.

Please...is there any news of a release date?

Totally agree, this is something that is badly needed and requested for a long time. The helpdesk feature is a nice part but in terms of priority assets restriction by groups is way more important.
