Lansweeper can currently not be installed in any other language but English. The helpdesk part of the software can be in different languages but currently only English, Dutch, French and German have been added by default. It is however possible to manually translate the helpdesk to Russian by going to Configuration\Translations.
This is still part of our customer wishlist but we can unfortunately not give an estimated time period as to when a release with a Russian translation for the software will be brought out.
