we migrated from spiceworks a couple years ago and I really miss their "tickets anywhere" feature.
basically you could send commands via email to your helpdesk. I think this has been brought up before and I apologize if there is a feature request section I missed ... any update if adding this as a feature is a possibility?

The ability to modify tickets with specific commands in an email sent to the helpdeks is something that multiple people have requested before. I've linked your topic to the feature request to add weight to the request.
