You may have noticed when checking the "Cloud Link Overview" that your inventory hasn't been fully synced between the on-prem installation and the Cloud instance for a couple of days. Additionally, you may see an error similar to the one below:

What can you do?

Once you log in to your Cloud site, a full synchronization occurs within a few minutes.

Why does this happen?

Synchronization priority is given to active sites.

Regularly logging in to your Cloud site will keep synchronization as current as possible. If you haven't logged in to a particular site in a while, items that are pending to be synchronized will update within minutes of logging in.

Hello,

When managing 60.000 assets, does the time for a full synchronization change? Or is it still quick, lasting only a few minutes?

Can these "Pending items" prevent LSAgent from uploading scan data to the server from hosts? We have a single Lansweeper server that handles around 700 hosts.

Thanks

@DonnyBuckman
The import of the scanned data by LsAgent in your database and the sync with Cloud are two separate streams. The pending items should not have any impact on the LsAgent scan upload.
