You've set up everything to run automated warranty checks with Lansweeper. Unfortunately, you don't see any warranty information for your HPE or HP Inc. devices. 

What happened?

HP Enterprise and HP Inc. warranty scanning are currently down due to changes HP made to its data back-end. 

We've contacted HP, and they are working on a process to provide bulk warranty data through a publicly available API.

Once this API is available, Lansweeper will restore HP warranty scanning functionality. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we wait for this issue to be resolved.
