analyze specific IP's

Hi,
I need a way to get info on specific IP's
The info i need is the hostname and if some specific apps are installed on it.
for example I need to know if on 10.1.1.1 and 10.1.1.2 has VNC and TeamViewer on it and their hostname.
can it be done?
