Assets in Stock

I plan on using Lansweeper for inventory of new monitors/pc/s/switches etc. I will enter them in manually. When I do New Asset for State I have each location with -Stock (ex. NY -Stock, NJ -Stock). I want to have a report showing me what I have in stock. I put my laptop in NY -Stock but the report I tried to create show nothing.
Any help is appreciated. In the report I would like it to show
AssetName Type Manufacturer Model State Purchased
NY-laptop1 PC HP Probook 4430 NY -STOCK 5/19/2016

The report will search for assets with a state that has -stock in it. Instructions for adding the report below to your Lansweeper installation can be found here.

If you are interested in building or modifying reports, we do recommend:

• Reviewing some SQL tutorials, as the Lansweeper report builder is a standard SQL editor. If you know SQL, you know how to build Lansweeper reports as well. This seems like a good tutorial.
• Making use of our database dictionary, which explains in great detail what each database table and field stores. More information on the dictionary can be found here.
