You can use the report below to give back the tickets with state open, closed and pending. When saving the report in the report builder you have to it a title that starts with 'Chart: name' otherwise it will not appear in the chart report widget drop down list. Once the report is saved go to the dashboard and add a new 'Chart report' and select the report. You can find more information about chart widgets in this article in the chart section

Instructions for adding this report to your Lansweeper installation can be found here. If you are interested in building or modifying reports, we do recommend:
  • Reviewing some SQL tutorials, as the Lansweeper report builder is a standard SQL editor. If you know SQL, you know how to build Lansweeper reports as well. This seems like a good tutorial.
  • Making use of our database dictionary, which explains in great detail what each database table and field stores. More information on the dictionary can be found here.

Chart: Ticket States
Select Top 1000000 htblticketstates.statename As [State Name],
Count(htblticketstates.statename) As Amount
From htblticket
Inner Join htblticketstates On htblticketstates.ticketstateid =
htblticket.ticketstateid
Group By htblticketstates.statename
Having htblticketstates.statename In ('Closed', 'Open', 'Pending')
