Helpdesk Agent Reports

Hi,
Is there any built in reports for the Helpdesk?

Reports which show:
Tickets completed by X Agents
Requests, Assets, Problem, Change, etc.

I'd like to see standard helpdesk reports too.
Also graphs or charts would be nice.

There's some very handy widgets but some reports would be great as well

Would like the report to show SLA overtime as well.
