how to generate a report by the tag field

I can not find a report where you can list the serial, somebody knows what table contains this information?

The serial number for devices is stored in table tblcustdevices field Serialnumber.
Note that this is a field that you need to enter manually.

The service tag for computers is stored in table tblComputerSystemProduct field IdentifyingNumber
