Any beta related questions should be sent via email. 6.0 hasn't been announced publicly, so we're only answering questions via email. You do appear to have sent in the same question via email and we responded with several sample queries, so please follow up on that ticket if you have further questions. As explained via email though:
- What you are asking is open to interpretation. We identified several cases in your installation where you'll need to clarify what you want to count. In situations where tickets are opened and closed multiple times for instance, we need to know whether you want to count the first open and the first close, the last open and the last close... In addition, in situations where tickets are imported as closed, we need to know what you would like to use as the "open" event: the date the ticket was imported, the date specified within the import file... There may be additional special cases where you'll need to clarify what we need to count, cases we've not yet thought of. No one will be able to provide a report that meets your requirements without knowing what to count in the aforementioned situations.
- We only provide limited support for building custom reports. If you specify (via email) what you would like to count in the special cases described above, we can provide you with one more sample query, but we do have to ask that you make any further report modifications on your own. We've already sent several sample queries via email. Providing more than a few examples should not be necessary, as the Lansweeper report builder is a standard SQL editor. If you know SQL, you know how to build Lansweeper reports as well. If you haven't already, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with SQL. An online search will lead you to hundreds of SQL tutorials, like this one for instance.
