Report for inventory

Report for inventory, i suck a creating report please help.
I need a report that can give me username, computer name, computer model, computer s/n, IP addresse, OS name, domaine name , warranty and Vendor.

I do not know of a field for vendor , but it could be a custom field

post a screen shot of your assets and of the report result

There seems to ba a limit of Pc and client i only show 65 out of 200..?
Do you know why?
