What defines personal vs commercial? There are lots of software that is cross compatible.
You can have a look at the software installed reports, but I would suggest looking at the authorised software, look at what Lansweeper has detected and start white listing approved applications within your org. Then you can start to see what might be personal and then check license agreements etc.
Lansweeper will show if software is also installed in the user profile vs machine installed.
