Switch Port Report

So we have this switch port asset report but i am stumped on trying to figure out how to add if the port is active, on, something plugged in, or just not in use.

after some digging i did find how to pull this information from the switch asset page.

tblSNMPInfo
IfOperstatus

1 is on
2 is off

this matches up to the switch page. Doesn't give off or on but once exported to excel that is easy to change.
