I am running the following report, however, I am missing computers, the built in Asset report detects it, I think the common denominator is no user logged on

Select Top 1000000 tsysOS.Image As icon,
tblAssetCustom.AssetID,
tblAssets.AssetName,
tblAssets.Memory,
tblAssets.Processor,
tsysOS.OSname As OS,
tblAssets.SP As SP,
tblAssetCustom.PurchaseDate As [Purchase Date],
tblAssetCustom.Warrantydate As [Warranty Expiration],
tblAssets.Domain,
tblAssets.Username,
tblAssets.Userdomain,
tblAssets.IPAddress,
tblAssetCustom.Manufacturer,
tblAssetCustom.Model,
tblAssets.Firstseen,
tblAssets.Lastseen,
tblAssets.ServiceVersion
From tblAssetCustom
Inner Join tblAssets On tblAssetCustom.AssetID = tblAssets.AssetID
Inner Join tsysOS On tblAssets.OScode = tsysOS.OScode
Left Join tsysIPLocations On tsysIPLocations.StartIP <= tblAssets.IPNumeric
And tsysIPLocations.EndIP >= tblAssets.IPNumeric
Where (tblAssets.Memory > 512 And tblAssetCustom.State = 1) Or
(tblAssetCustom.Warrantydate Is Not Null And tblAssetCustom.State = 1)
Order By tblAssets.AssetName

Quick update, the assets screen is showing the missing windows system, however; it is showing as inactive. an odd thing however, is clicking on the asset shows it as connected (Green Dot) and it is pingabble and accessible, no WMI errors.
