I am trying to use "Closed Per Agent Summary" widget and when I save it I get a message that says "this report has no results".
I was hoping this widget would allow me to ee how many tickets my team has closed per day or week right on my dashbaord instead of running a report every time. If this isnt the correct widget to run can you please tell me which is?
