I am needing to create a report that shows Worked Time by AD department within Lansweeper. Here is what I am needing the to contain within the report:
AD Department of User
# of Tickets Created
Total time worked
This is an annual report today would of our previous helpdesk system but we are looking to possibly move that information to either a quarterly report or monthly.
I am new to lansweeper (just purchased but love it so far)! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
