At this time, there is no process to migrate an existing cloud site from one hosting region to another.
The reason is simple. Data hosted in the EU may not be permitted to move to or be accessible from the US, and allowing region-to-region migration would imply that those data connections exist. To protect our customers’ data and meet regional compliance standards, each hosting region is kept completely separate for now.
Since there is no migration path; you must create a new site.
You will need to unlink your Lansweeper installation from the cloud, delete the information, create a new site in the US region, and link your Lansweeper installation to that new site. Here are the relevant KB articles:
