Using the Helpdesk portion of the application, we can create KB Articles and use them as resolutions for our tickets, it creates a link which becomes clickable after the ticket gets created, when you click the link however it does not resolve, we get this: http://localhost:8185//Knowledgebase/Default.aspx?kbid=6

How can we resolve this, thank you
