I am getting error on page
I double checked my ie settings and they are set per instructions.

cobra, I tried ALL of the actions and none work. I have a hitch in my giddy up somewhere

ok, I changed to protected mode off inside ie, still not a one works.

Could you try to ping a PC from the LS web site please?

Let me know if that and the other basic actions work please (not the ones that came with LS).

I just noticed this, when I hover over the VNC action link I notice at the bottom of the web page a different syntax than what I have in the configuration manager. see shot

I tripple checked active x, yes, tripple checked, as well as added the site to trusted

I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure that the error is related to the active-x settings.

Just to be sure add the site to trusted sites and set the security on "low" for the trusted sites (as a test)

active x setting is set to prompt

In the bottom of the screen you will see "error on page" please click this open and post the error.

Before doing this make sure that your activex security settings are changed (like stated in the documentation)
