I upgraded to the beta b/c the regular 3.5 was not performing active scan. I believe I have everything set properly, could you please review? I'll attach screen shots.

Please mail us at lansweeper@hemoco.com
We'll have to make a special debug build to pinpoint the problem.

Those are not subdomains, they are sites. I've removed the OU filtering so that I can get this working, but it still has not picked up any computers.

Can't see anything special.

Are "SanAntonio-Dividend" and other subdomains of tech.com?

Could you post some screenshots of the AD explorer utility that might give some more insight.

Strange problem.

Could you please attach the following logs.
Run them from a DC in your domain.

"dcdiag /e >dcdiag.txt"

"netdiag >netdiag.txt"

Error log looks normal; there was one 'cannot connect to database' this morning, probably when I restarted. Everything else says succesfull connection.

What do you mean are they logged? THey are not new computers if that is what you mean, no.

Active scanning searches for computers logged onto a domain controller in the last couple of hours when it starts.
After this it searches for new logged on computers every 15 minutes.

So they should be picked up at least once a day. (for workstations)

Do you see any errors in the errorlog now?
Are these computers in the OU logged in in the last couple of hours?
