Origianlly i was trying out the free version and was able to see the computers i installed the client on. We decided the premium would be so much more helpful.. We purchased it and i actived the software and followed the PDF instructions. I can not see any computers expect the the server it is installed on. I have ran the connection tester on the server and a client machine all this ways (ip,hostname,fullname) and the two results that display on the test were OK. What should i do next? I am geting frusterated.

Once i got everything upgraded it works!!! Woot woot!!! I am excited now. Thanks support team!!! and yes i am yelling!!!!

Did you find a solution yet for this problem. Please post how to did you solve the DNS issue that you have got, if you are able to get it working.

We ahve been trying to get this to work for 2 weeks now. Can we get any license extension or some escalated support? Thanks

This is most likely a dns issue.
Could you please try beta 3.5.2 (stable at the moment) this has some fixes for dns related issues.

Could you send the errorlog.txt file after you made this change.
Which is the version number of lansweeperservice.exe ?
