Engaged Sweeper II

HI everyone!

We’re currently managing multiple SAP environments, including SAP Build Work Zone (covered in the C_LIXEA_2404 certification exam), and are exploring better visibility into our system landscape. Has anyone here integrated Lansweeper with SAP’s Business Technology Platform to automatically discover and categorize SAP cloud or on-premise components?

I’ve tested a few API-based inventory approaches, but I’m looking for insight into how Lansweeper handles complex platforms like SAP, particularly when it comes to asset relationships, dependency mapping, and lifecycle visibility.

I’ve been studying this area through Pass4Future certification practice tests, which prompted me to think more practically about monitoring and integration in real-world setups. Would be great to hear if anyone has tried something similar or used Lansweeper’s scanning or API capabilities for this type of setup.

(Context: We’re reviewing different strategies internally at Pass4Future for improving SAP system tracking.)

Hi @britanneywiley, that’s a great question.
Lansweeper doesn’t include native out‑of‑the‑box integrations for SAP at the moment. I’m not a SAP specialist myself, but we do have several SAP connectors available in Flow Builder (Lansweeper’s automation feature) that might help you connect Lansweeper with different SAP products. These could be a good starting point:

Depending on your SAP products and what you’re trying to achieve, some of these connectors might or might not fit.

If you get a chance to try them, please share your experience. We would love to hear your findings!

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply and for sharing those connector links , that’s really helpful.

I wasn’t aware of the Flow Builder connectors for SAP Business One, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors, so I’ll definitely explore those to see how they align with what we’re trying to achieve. Our main goal is to improve visibility across mixed SAP environments, especially around Build Work Zone and BTP components, so these connectors might actually provide a good starting point for testing.

Once I’ve had a chance to experiment with the Flow Builder integration options, I’ll share back any findings or configurations that might help others looking to connect Lansweeper with SAP platforms.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!
Britanney
