It would be really nice to be able to add a user or a CC user via email dispatch rules - For example:

We have a dispatch rule set up to allow us to send a quick email to record helpdesk calls (the web GUI is nice but just not fast enough to be effective when we're under heavy load). It would be nice to be able to include, for example, a "" in the subject line and use a dispatch rule to add that user to the ticket. Currently we can KIND OF do that if we CC the user on the ticket creation email but that includes the user in an additional, unnecessary email chain (in addition to the emails they get as ticket statuses change etc).
