I’m having an issue getting Lansweeper to generate tickets from emails coming in. We are using a shared mailbox from Office 365 and in testing the connection does work, however any email sent to it gets moved to the deleted folder which is what we have setup for email to ignore. The issue is with no ignore rules set up, all emails still go to the deleted folder. I also noticed in testing that for ‘Allow user when e-mail address not found’ if I turn on send reply email Lansweeper will send one out saying the e-mail address was not recognized.
