We have starting using the Lansweeper to be our ticket system and assets tool.
Would like to know can client to adding CC user or address when they are creating a new ticket on the website?
Or only agent can do that after ticket created?

I've moved this topic to Lansweeper Help Desk Questions, as it was posted under Actions.
You can configure whether or not non-agents are allowed to add CC users to their tickets. There is a "User may add CC users" checkbox for each ticket type under Configuration\Ticket Content.
