I'm trying to start the lsremote function from the web console, but when I click on it, it asks if I want to run it and then nothing happens. I am, however, able to run it if I go to C:\Program Files\Lansweeper\Actions\lsremote.exe. It has already been validated. Is there anything I need to do in order to run it from the web console?

Please upload screenshots of the configuration.
If you run lsremote.exe from a remote location you will most likely need a share name for the action path.

I tried editing the action path to read "C:\Program Files\Lansweeper\Actions\lsremote.exe", but when I click on it in the web console, it says "File Not Found" and I verified that lsremote is definitely at that location. Do I need to add any other tags to the action?

In the configuration tool you can set the {actionpath}
You can also see what's being executed when you hover over the action.

How would I change the path point? The security settings are already correct in IE.

Make sure the path point to the correct location, then change your security settings: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/customactions.aspx
