Hi! After upgrade to 6.0.0.22 (from 6.0.0.19) on Configuration panel, license, it appeared this: Help Desk Agents setting: Expired! Only to me? Is a licensing issue? I have a premium - unlimited assets
It is a licensing issue, help desk agents consume 1 license per seat. There was a trial period for help desk, but it has been expired. Also there was a problem with Lansweeper version earlier than 6022 not telling anything about agents licensing. All Lansweeper editions include one help desk agent. Addtional agents must be purchased separetely.
