Hi,I have a number of servers with multiple IP addresses for redundancy. When I run a report using tblAssets.IPAddress it sometimes gives me the wrong IP, (not the IP the server answers with on a ping). Is there a way to fix this?
Looking for standard reports for helpdesk. Example all opened tickets for the month, all closed tickets for the month, # of tickets assigned to techs and so forth.I feel like I am missing where to look for them.... LOL
