Optimal settings for IIS Application pool

Does anyone have any tweeks to the lansweeper application pool?I've noticed the default WorkerProcess # is set to 1.Will the system work with more than 1 set?I've tried a setting of 2 and it does seem to make a difference on some of the main page/tab...

Active Directory Scann not showing all users

I am trying to scan AD and have it report all the users. I am scanning one OU and the results show 8 users when in fact there are 17 inside of the OU.Anything I can check to resolve this?
