We are having issues with our Lansweeper installation. We are using an Office 365 account to handle the Helpdesk and it works fine for incoming emails but won't work for the outgoing ones.
It is set up as EWS with the smtp.office365.com as server. Upon checking the mailbox the test emails are being sent. Upon testing the Lansweeper console throws a green check but after a bit it will show the error "Outgoing mail error: Login error."
Mailtester app also works fine and throws no errors.
Any idea as to what may be happening?
