Fix tcp port

Hi,could it be possible to fix the the port that the server is using to return to the client.the client initiate a communication on port 9524 but the server respond on a dynamic port. Is it possible to fix this port?thank youlansweeper noob

All but 5 machines throwing RPC unavailable
