We have got around 4,500 pcs, with 3700 running Windows 7 and should all be running Bitlocker.

We see two versions on the network for this, but we have around 25 PCs that have Bitlocker, but Lansweeper cannot see it installed on them.

All but these machines were pushed out centrally, so has anyone seen this before and have any ideas why Lamsweeper cannot see them?

Many thanks

Software scanning mimics Add/Remove Programs. If the software package is not listed in Add/Remove Programs for the problem users, it won't be detected by software scanning. We recommend using the built-in report "Computer: Encryptable Volumes" mentioned by brianraley instead. It pulls BitLocker information from a WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) class specifically designed for this purpose.

This is just viewing the Software tab on the main screen, drilling down into Microsoft Corporation. Here we see the two versions of MDOP MBAM (2.1 and 2.5).

but around 25 machines that have got Bitlocker disc encryption enabled are not showing in these reports. The users say they installed this manually prior to Bitlocker being pushed out over the network.

Are you trying to view them with the 'Computer: Encryptable Volumes' report or something adhoc?

Please upload the report code so we can take a look.

Thanks
