Can Not Get Into Managment Console

I can not log into the Managment Console.
It wants to connect to the Lansweeper31 database with username: lssqluser31

i do not have a password for this. anyone know what the default is?

Are you using version 3.1 and database lansweeper31?

Can you login with the sql management console?

When i enter the default password i get an error:

[DBNETLIB][ConnectionRead (WrapperRead()).]General network error. Check your network documentation

any ideas on what this is ?
