Hello all.

I'm pretty new at this, so bear with me, please. I have installed Lansweeper on my server and have read all the documentation on client installs, however, I'm just not getting it. Could someone walk me through the client install, step by step?

lsclient.exe is in your lansweeper installation, you need it to be accessible by the clients (by a share, or some other way)

Thanks. I tried that and got the error message that windows cannot find lsclient.exe.

To start scanning the client, the client must run the lsclient.exe program with <servername> as a parameter.

On you client you can try:
Start/run
lsclient.exe servername

Servername : server where lansweeperservice is installed.

First try if you get this to work
