Engaged Sweeper II
Last week I was able to close tickets individually and they would not auto assign, but now they seem to assign to me when closing. We are using Closed in such a way that it shouldn't send emails and have it removed from all email listings for Helpdesk tickets, but for some reason today it started assigning to me on the close and this is causing an email to go out to the ticket opener and to me as agent for the ticket being assigned. I have auto assigned off and can't see to find the cause for this.

I did just change the setting suggested here, could that have changed an auto assign somehow?
