I have noticed that when a computer is upgraded from XP to 7, an additional asset is added. Is this normal? Is there anything that I can do to fix this? We are getting skewed numbers of computers, as we have upgraded many since purchasing Lansweeper.
Also, Is there any way to disable MAC address duplicates? If a computer is renamed, we gets duplicates as well... Any help is appreciated.
